Rebecca Rasmussen Grunwald, AIA, received an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Princeton University in 1977 and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Architecture in 1980. Based in New York, Rebecca Rasmussen Architects was founded in 1984. As its principal, Rebecca received an NCARB Certification in 1992, enabling registration in Connecticut, New Jersey, and other states.
Rasmussen Architects provides both architectural and interior design services. Rebecca has also worked in collaboration with prominent interior designers, with the results featured in publications like Architectural Digest and House & Garden. This small firm offers a wealth of experience, having completed more than one hundred projects in a wide variety of styles and formats, from interior renovations of apartments and lofts in the city, to new residences in the country, beach properties, and restorations of vintage townhouses and homes. Plans for commercial clients include medical facilities, law offices, art galleries, and retail space.
